Who can open a Term Deposit Account at Punjab & Sind Bank?
Term Deposit Accounts can be opened by individuals, sole proprietors, partnership firms, companies, HUFs, societies, trusts, LLPs, and other eligible entities.

What happens to a Term Deposit with “Either or Survivor” or “Former or Survivor” mandate if one depositor passes away?
The bank allows premature withdrawal by the surviving joint depositor only if there is a joint mandate from the depositors allowing this action.

Will my Term Deposit be automatically renewed upon maturity?
If no instructions are received from the customer, the deposit will be auto renewed for the same tenure at the prevailing interest rate, except for deposits like PSB Fixed Deposit Tax Saver, Capital Gain Deposits, and certain other deposits.

Can I choose not to auto-renew my Term Deposit?
Yes, you can specify your instructions at the time of account opening to avoid auto-renewal of your Term Deposit.
